caféAtaraxia — Shipping & Fulfilment Policy

caféAtaraxia, Lda does not offer shipping or delivery of any products. All orders placed through our website are fulfilled via click & collect from our Parede location only.

How It Works

1. Place and pay for your order on our website.
2. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
3. You will receive a second notification when your order is ready for collection.
4. Collect your order in person from our shop within 48 hours of the ready notification.

Collection Window

Orders not collected within 48 hours of the ready-for-collection notification will be forfeited. As our products are perishable, we are unable to hold orders beyond this window and no refund will be issued.
