These Terms of Service govern your use of the caféAtaraxia website and all purchases made through it.

Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. An order is confirmed upon successful payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed.

Click & Collect

caféAtaraxia does not offer shipping or delivery. All orders are fulfilled via click & collect from our Lisbon location only. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Orders must be collected within 48 hours of that notification. Uncollected orders will be forfeited without refund, as products are perishable and cannot be held beyond this window.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Allergen Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and sesame. Please inform a staff member of any allergies at the time of collection. We cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, branding, and text — is the property of caféAtaraxia, Lda and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
